At United Financial Freedom, our programs are designed to support individuals facing financial pressure by providing education, evaluation, and advocacy. We do not offer one-size-fits-all solutions. Each program is considered based on individual circumstances, eligibility, and client goals.
Participation in any program is voluntary, and outcomes depend on creditor policies and financial conditions.

Not every program is right for every client. Eligibility depends on individual financial circumstances, goals, and lender requirements.
Our role is to help clients understand:
• What options may be available
• How different approaches may impact finances and credit
• Which program aligns best with their situation
Clients are never obligated to enroll in any program.
Debt mediation advocacy is designed for individuals experiencing financial hardship who want support navigating communication with creditors.
Through this program, we help clients organize financial information, document hardship, and understand how mediation-based approaches may be applied. Creditors review information independently and determine what, if any, options are available.
• Review of financial hardship and account details
• Assistance preparing hardship documentation
• Support with creditor communication and follow-up
• Ongoing guidance as circumstances evolve
• Outcomes are not guaranteed
• Creditors are not required to agree to mediation requests
• Results vary based on individual circumstances and creditor policies
The Lower Interest Credit Integrity Program is designed for clients who want to maintain positive relationships with creditors while reducing interest burden and improving credit utilization.
This program focuses on education and strategic planning. For qualifying participants, we work with clients to explore lower-interest or promotional balance transfer opportunities when available.
• Review of current credit profile and utilization
• Education on interest reduction strategies
• Evaluation of balance transfer opportunities
• Structured planning to support responsible credit use
• Qualification depends on credit profile and lender approval
• Promotional interest rates are time-limited
• This program is not appropriate for all clients
Debt settlement evaluation is offered to qualifying clients who want to explore whether settlement discussions may be an appropriate option after documented hardship.
This program focuses on evaluation and preparation. Any settlement discussions are subject to creditor approval and are not guaranteed.
• Review of account status and eligibility
• Education on how settlement processes typically work
• Assistance organizing documentation when appropriate
• Guidance on understanding settlement terms if offered
• Settlement is not guaranteed
• Creditors determine if and when settlement is offered
• Participation does not require clients to accept any offer
Financial coaching and education is available to clients who want a clearer understanding of their finances and long-term planning.

• Ongoing support and accountability
