Participation and outcomes depend entirely on the creditor. We help clients understand and document hardship, but we cannot guarantee approval.


 No. You are never required to stop making payments.


Payment decisions are personal and depend on your financial situation and goals. We help explain potential implications, but the decision is always yours.


  We begin with a confidential review of your financial situation, goals, and concerns. Based on that information, we explain which options may be appropriate and why.

   With your written or electronic authorization, we may review credit information through soft credit inquiries. Soft inquiries do not impact your credit score.
